Our 3-Step Process to Fixing Your Pain

STEP 1: Decrease Pain and Symptoms
After a thorough assessment, we will identify areas of the body that may painful due to inflammation. Our goal will be to decrease tissue inflammation with movement in order to proceed to the next step.

STEP 2: Fix Root Cause of Symptoms
Once inflammation has decreased and pain has significantly decreased or been eliminated, we will correct the root cause that led to the pain. This may be due to sprains, muscular strains, tissue stiffness, or muscular weakness.

STEP 3: Reach Peak Performance
Once the pain is gone and the root cause of pain has been fixed, then we begin the final step of the process. This step of involves increasing strength and mobility of all surrounding areas of the body to avoid the same injury and any other future injury.
